Bonnie R. Cook

Bonnie R. Cook, age 87 formerly of Sycamore, Ohio died at 7:50 P.M., Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin, Ohio. She was born on November 21, 1934 in Tiffin, Ohio to Leota Banks. She married Robert F. Cook Sr. on September 30, 1952 and he died June 29, 1977. 

Surviving are the following children, Nancy Cook, Sycamore, Ohio and Robert F. (Kelli) Cook Jr., Tiffin, Ohio. Also surviving are ten grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild plus two son-in-laws, Steve Yost, Upper Sandusky, Ohio and Jeff Scott, rural Sycamore, Ohio. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Connie Yost and Judy Scott, a sister Beatrice Bolens and a long time companion Howard “Duke” Young. 

Bonnie started working at the former Ozzies Cleaners Tiffin, Ohio and then went to A.O. Smith, Upper Sandusky, Ohio where she retired after working their for twenty-five year. After retirement she did cleaning at the Amvets, Tiffin, Ohio.

Bonnie was a former member of the Moose Lodge, Tiffin, Ohio. For hobbies, she loved to travel, go camping and loved to go gambling. 

Funeral services for Bonnie will be held at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, Ohio with the Rev. Amy Vittorio officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 P.M. at the funeral home prior to the funeral service.
