Bradley E. Valentine, age 72 of 6203 Marion-Melmore Road, Sycamore, Ohio died at 1:04 P.M., Sunday, March 10, 2019 at Mercy Tiffin Hospital. He was born on January 14, 1947 in Tiffin, Ohio to M. Edward and Phyllis (Mohr) Valentine. He married Patsy Walter Valentine in 1989 and she died November 27, 2000.
Surviving are the following children, Christy (Donn) Pahl, rural Sycamore, Ohio and Danielle (Mark) Murphy, Columbus, Ohio. Also surviving are five step-children, Jerry Walter Jr., Lima, Ohio, Heather Walter Royal, North Carolina, Heidi Walter, North Carolina, Patience Hall, Galion, Ohio and Christopher Walter, Georgia. We also have seven grandchildren, Ian Pahl, Autumn Pahl, Alexis (Justin) Pfiester, Elaine Pahl, Eva Pahl. McKinnon Murphy and Colin Murphy plus seven great-grandchildren. Brad had two sisters, Vicki Buckley, Melmore, Ohio and Tricia Valentine and wife, Melanie Cornelius, Columbus, Ohio and a special friend, Pamela Roush, Melmore, Ohio. He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Mike Buckley.
Brad had worked for Ewald Furniture in Tiffin, Ohio for fifty-four years, was a 1965 graduate of Mohawk High School, a member of the Melmore United Methodist Church where he served on the Pastor Parish Relations Committee and currently was a trustee of the church. For hobbies Brad loved to ride his motorcycle and mow his yard.
A Celebration of Life service will take place on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 12:30 P.M. at the Melmore United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall with Rev. Amy Vittorio officiating.
