Cleo P. Osborn

Cleo P. Osborn, age 86, of Richfield, Ohio and formerly of Seneca County died at 5:00 A.M., Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Regina Health Care Center, Richfield, Ohio. She was born on September 2, 1938 in Seneca County, Ohio to Laymond and Nellie (Rapp) Biller. She married James Osborn on April 16, 1971 and he died November 28, 1989.

Surviving are the following children: Lacey (David) Zimmer, Sycamore, Ohio, Linda Sweeney, Medina, Ohio, and Joe (Kandie) Osborn, Tiffin, Ohio. Also surviving are four grandchildren: Andrew Zimmer, Jackie Osborn, Thomas Zimmer and Alexandria Sweeney, plus one great grandchild, Chloe Zimmer. Cleo also has five brothers and sisters: Allen Biller, rural Tiffin, Ohio, Don (Pam) Biller, Melmore, Ohio, Linda (Clinton) Nye, rural Tiffin, Ohio, Penny Osborn, Tiffin, Ohio, and Janice Distel, Tiffin, Ohio. She was preceded in death by two brothers, London Biller and Bryce Biller, and two sisters, Alma Risner and Barbara Hall, plus her parents.                             

Cleo was a homemaker and enjoyed playing cards and Yahtzee, do puzzles, and loved to do embroidery.                      

A memorial service for Cleo will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, Ohio with Pastor Pam Hahn officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, west of Sycamore, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. prior to the memorial service at the funeral home.
