Donald “Don” C. Grubb

Donald “Don” C. Grubb, age 79 of Sycamore, Ohio died at 10:15 A.M., Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center, Upper Sandusky, Ohio. He was born on June 19, 1939 in Sycamore, Ohio to Louis A. and Irene (Ingman) Grubb. He married Dorothy L. (Curry) Grubb on August 7, 1981 and she survives in Sycamore, Ohio.                                                                                     

Surviving are the following family, two step-sons, James Riedel, Tiffin, Ohio, Ernie Riedel, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, sister, Carol Von Blon, Tiffin, Ohio and a step-sister, Roxanne Ames, Delaware, Ohio. He was preceded in death by a step-son, Raymond Riedel, brother, Phillip Grubb and a step-sister, Margaret Loose.                                                                                                                                                                   

Don worked at the former American Standard Plant in Tiffin, Ohio for 34 years, was a social member of the Sycamore American Legion Post # 250, and loved to work on Clinton and Maytag small motors.         

Per Don’s request, there will be a private graveside service at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore, Ohio.
