Gary G. Gregg

Gary G. Gregg, age 85 of 302 W. Saffel Avenue, Sycamore, Ohio died at 8:38 P.M., Monday, July 5, 2021 at home. He was born on April 17, 1936 in Sycamore, Ohio to Forrest and Vera (Margraf) Gregg. He married Helen (Sprau) Gregg on February 14, 1959 and she survives in Sycamore, Ohio.                                           

Surviving are the following children, Ron Gregg and friend Tina, Bloomville, Ohio and Lisa (Kevin) Ekleberry, Sycamore, Ohio. Also surviving are two grandsons, Brandon Gregg and Jonathan Ekleberry plus one great-grandson, Nolan Gregg. Gary also has two sisters, Joy Kear, Bucyrus, Ohio and Carol (Mick) Miller, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina plus three brothers, Donald Gregg, Medina, Ohio, Albert (Deb) Gregg, Columbus, Ohio and Charles Gregg, Raleigh, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by one brother, Bob Gregg besides his parents. 

Gary was a retired laborer having worked for forty years for the former Excel Wire, Tiffin, Ohio. He was a 1954 graduate of Sycamore High School and served his country in the Army from 1955-1957. For hobbies, he loved to go bike riding, bird watching, walking and doing crossword puzzles.                                              

At Gary’s request their will be no funeral service at this time. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Wyandot County or Mohawk Community Library in care of Walton-Moore Funeral Home, P.O.
