George E. Mogle, age 74 of Sycamore, Ohio died at 12:22 P.M., Monday, May 4, 2020 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, Ohio. He was born on May 28, 1945 in Seneca County to Virgil and Alice (Stover) Mogle. He married Virginia (Biller) Sheward and they later divorced.
Surviving are two daughters, Rhonda Mogle, Sycamore, Ohio and Michelle (Steve) Vogel, McCutchenville, Ohio. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Bryan Vogel, Brandon Allomong, Hannah Vogel and Olivia Allomong plus two brothers, John (Leona) Mogle, Tiffin, Ohio and Ralph (Sandy) Mogle, Tiffin, Ohio plus one sister, Jackie (Kenny) McKinney, Sycamore, Ohio. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jenna Allomong, two brothers and one nephew, Nick Dunbar besides his parents.
George retired from Webster Industries, Tiffin, Ohio and was a Tiffin Columbian High School graduate. For hobbies he loved The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Mohawk High School Athletics. He was a volunteer teacher’s aide at Mohawk Schools, was a volunteer at the concession stand at the Sycamore Ballfield for many years and just loved spending time with family and friends.
Due to the coronavirus there will be a private family only memorial service.
