Jerry J. Johnson

Jerry J. Johnson, age 67 of Sycamore, Ohio died at 2:22 P.M., Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital. He was born on December 19, 1955  in Tiffin, Ohio to Richard and Helen (Funkhouser) Johnson. His parents are deceased. Jerry never married. 

Jerry is survived by many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Penny Johnson, who died on February 22, 1982. 

Jerry was a heavy equipment operator, former member of the Deunquat Lutheran Church and was a 1976 graduate of Mohawk High School.  For hobbies, he loved to go fishing, raise flowers around his house and loved his cat “Snookems”. 

Funeral services for Jerry will be held on Friday, April, 28,2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, Ohio with the Rev. Ron Spyker officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. Friday, prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
