Judith R. Von Blon

Judith R. Von Blon, age 81 of rural Tiffin, Ohio died at 8:30 A.M., Monday, May 15, 2023 at the Elmwood at the Shawhan, Tiffin, Ohio. She was born on April 22, 1942 in Ravenna, Ohio to Raymond and Geraldine  (Whittam) McDaniel. She married Ronald E. Von Blon on October 24, 1964 and he died March 29, 2013. 

Surviving are two sons; Ted E. Von Blon, rural Tiffin, Ohio and Eric (Elizabeth) Von Blon, Ann Arbor, Michigan, plus two granddaughters, Ashley and Keira Von Blon, and a sister, Regina Washbaugh, Port St. Joe, Florida. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jerome McDaniel, plus her parents and husband.                        

Judith was co-owner at one time of Grand Rental Station, Tiffin, Ohio with her husband. She was a former member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Tiffin, Ohio.

Judith was a 1960 graduate of Windham High School and a 1962 graduate of Tiffin University. Judith really loved her sons and especially loved to be around her granddaughters.

Graveside services for Judith will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, May 19, 2023 at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore, Ohio with Dwain Sayre speaking.
