Julia K. Von Blon

Julia K. Von Blon, age 34 of rural Fostoria, Ohio died Monday, October 7, 2024 at home. She was born on March 14, 1990 In Findlay, Ohio to Robert W. and Terry E. (Goodman) Von Blon. Her father resides in McCutchenville, Ohio and her mother in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. Julia was never married.                                           

Surviving are a maternal grandmother, Barbara Goodman, Sycamore, Ohio and a maternal grandfather, Gene Goodman, Deshler, Ohio. Also surviving are two sisters, Renee (Bill) Von Phelps, Galion, Ohio and Natalie Von Blon, McCutchenville, Ohio and a brother, Ethan Von Blon, Sycamore, Ohio. Julia was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Gene and Carol Ann Von Blon, and a step-grandmother, Linda Goodman.  

Julia was a waitress, 2008 graduate of Mohawk High School and attended Brown Mackie College in Findlay, Ohio. For hobbies, Julia loved to go to Lake Erie to go fishing, play cards, enjoyed her pets, especially her cats, and loved to sit around a campfire for some good conversation.                                                   

A memorial service for Julia will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. at the Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, Ohio with the Rev. Amy Vittorio officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024 from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home prior to the memorial service.
