Kelly D. (Mohr) Sager

Kelly D. (Mohr) Sager, age 62 of Tiffin, Ohio and formerly of Sycamore, Ohio died at 8:14 P.M., Sunday, July 11,2021 at Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin, Ohio. She was born in Lima, Ohio on November 3, 1958 to Keith and Sandra (Dysinger) Mohr. Sandra survives in Sycamore, Ohio and Keith is deceased. She married Melvin W. Sager and he survives in Tiffin, Ohio.

Surviving are a son, Cory Sager, San Diego, California, and two grandchildren, Alexzander and Brookelynne Rochester. Kelly also has two brothers, Kim (Terri) Mohr, Sycamore, Ohio and Kevin (Denise) Mohr, Sycamore, Ohio. Kelly was preceded in death by a daughter, Kendra Rochester, who died on September 28, 2018. 

Kelly was a 1977 graduate of Mohawk High School and a member of the Sycamore United Methodist Church. For hobbies, Kelly loved to watch and collect all types of movies. 

A memorial service for Kelly will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, Ohio with the Rev. Amy Vittorio officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021 from 11:00-1:00 P.M. prior to the memorial service.
