Patricia A. (Griffin) Coffman

Patricia A. (Griffin) Coffman, age 83 of 5010 Township Highway 40, Upper Sandusky, Ohio died at 2:58 P.M., Sunday, May 6, 2018 at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born on November 8, 1934 in Wyandot County to Royal Griffin Sr. and Ida Marie (Traxler) Griffin. She married Clarence Coffman on March 16, 1956 and he survives.                                                                                          

Surviving are the following children; Betty (Kevin) Wines, Upper Sandusky, Ohio, Brian (Pennee) Coffman, Lykens, Ohio, Janet (Dennis) Stansbery, Harpster, Ohio and Steven (Jessica) Coffman, Tiffin, Ohio. Also surviving are five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, five step grandchildren, and eleven step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one step-great-grandchild, two brothers, Royal Griffin Jr. and Eugene Griffin plus three sisters, Virginia Smith, Jane Harmon and Joanne Bailey.     

Patricia was a homemaker, 1952 graduate of Sycamore High School and was a former member of the former Belle Vernon Evangelical United Brethren Church. She was a former 4-H advisor for the Mohawk Town and Country 4-H Club for 15 years and she also was involved with the Wyandot County Farmers Market for 14 years. For hobbies Pat loved to crochet, do canning, embroidering and mow her yard. She also made Christmas stockings and Easter baskets a number of years for Mohawk kindergarteners and for the 2nd grade students in a school in Columbus, Ohio.        

Funeral services for Pat will be held on Friday, May 11,2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, Ohio with Pastor George Lore officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, west of Sycamore, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
