Rodney A. Davidson

Rodney A. Davidson, age 49 of 408 New Washington Road, Sycamore, Ohio died at 12:52 A.M., Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at home. He was born on March 1, 1972 to Richard and Sue (Reynolds) Davidson. Rodney never married. 

Surviving are a step-mother, Judy Davidson, Bucyrus, Ohio and a half sister, Amanda Davidson, Bucyrus, Ohio. Also surviving are his very close friends, Shawn and Michelle Collene plus their five children who always called him “Uncle Rod”, Cheyenne, Dallas, Bailey, Chance and Elsyann. He also is survived by many other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandmother, Dorothy Reynolds. We also need to mention his loyal companion, his dog Rusty.                                                                          

Rodney was a 1990 graduate of Bucyrus High School, worked at A& L Compaction, Fostoria, Ohio, was a member of Local 69-Brotherhood of Drinking Buddies and always had a favorite saying FYYFF which his close friends will know what that means.                                                                                                                                            

At Rodney’s request, there will be no funeral service at this time. He will have a Celebration of Life service at a later date.
