Roger "Woody" L. Wood

Roger L. “Woody” Wood, age 65 of 5495 W. US 224, Tiffin, Ohio died at 9:45 P.M., Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at Seneca House, Tiffin, Ohio. He was born on September 1, 1952 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio to Paul D. and Joan M. (Wehrle) Wood. He married Charlene (Cramer) Wood on October 28, 1988 in Tiffin, Ohio and she survives.     

Surviving are the following children, Nicole Wood, Ryan Wood, Leanne Wood and Alexander Wood all of Tiffin, Ohio. Also surviving   are two brothers, Steven (Jean) Wood, Rawson, Ohio, Joel (Jan) Wood, Findlay, Ohio and two sisters, Cheryl (Stan) Norris, St. Paris, Ohio and Kristine (Terry) Pauley, Green Springs, Ohio.        

Roger had worked at Whirlpool Corp., Clyde, Ohio as an industrial electrician. He was a 1971 graduate of Mohawk High School. Roger passed surrounded by all of his siblings and friends. His passion was playing his guitars, singing karaoke and riding his Harley with friends. He also loved and cherished his four children and was so very proud of them.                                                                                                                                        

Funeral services for Roger will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, Ohio with the Rev. Donald Corbin officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery, McCutchenville, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 from 11:00-2:00 P.M., prior to the funeral service.
