Ronald E. Wagner

Ronald E. Wagner, age 86 of 74 Adams Street, McCutchenville, Ohio died at 7:14 P.M., Friday, December 3, 2021 at home. He was born in Wyandot County to Ernest and Leefee (Pfeifer) Wagner on December 13, 1934. He first married Barb (Van Horn) Wagner and they later divorced. He then married Janet (Mullholand) Wagner on November 26, 1963 and she died September 28, 2001.                                                              

Surviving are the following children, Jody (Rhonda) Wagner, rural McCutchenville, Ohio, Randy (Jodell) Wagner, rural Tiffin, Ohio and Tena (Darrin) Morehart, rural McCutchenville, Ohio. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren plus one sister, Mary Margraf, Sycamore, Ohio, two brothers, Richard (Angela) Wagner, Jacksonville, Florida and Larry (Sherry) Wagner, Bucyrus, Ohio. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lu Ann Goist in 2012, granddaughter, Natalie in 2003 and one great-granddaughter, three sisters, Irene Young, Martha Bogart, Sylvia Bell, three brothers, Harold Wagner, Paul Wagner and Glenn Wagner. 

Ronald was a truck driver for RDS Mowery, Tiffin, Ohio for many years and also early in life worked for Harley Forth Construction. For hobbies, he loved to work on anything that had a motor and also loved to ride his motorcycle and later in life his golf cart.                                                                                                                          

Funeral services for Ronald will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at the Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, Ohio with the Rev. Elyse Cramer officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery, McCutchenville, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 11:00-2:00 P.M. prior to the funeral service. It is recommended you wear a mask when you come for visitation or funeral service.
