Sylvia J. Bell

Sylvia J. Bell, age 84 of 113 West Saffel Avenue, Sycamore, Ohio died at 3:40 P.M., Friday, December 3, 2021 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky, Ohio. She was born on June 25, 1937 in Wyandot County to Ernest and Leefee (Pfeifer) Wagner. She married Lewis W. Bell on June 17, 1956 and he died August 24, 2017. 

Surviving are the following children, Patricia (Richard) Eyestone, Upper Sandusky, Ohio and David Bell, Fairfield, Iowa, two grandchildren, Katherine Bell, Rogan Bell and one step grandchild, Ryan (Hilary) Eyestone, one sister, Mary Margraf, Sycamore, Ohio and two brothers, Richard (Angela) Wagner, Jacksonville, Florida and Larry (Sherry) Wagner, Bucyrus, Ohio. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Cynthia, two sisters, Ilene Young and Martha Bogart, four brothers, Harold Wagner, Paul Wagner, Glenn Wagner and Ronald Wagner.      

Sylvia was a 1955 graduate of Sycamore High School and was a retired bus driver for the Mohawk School System for forty-one years. She also was a member of Warpole Chapter # 366,OES, Upper Sandusky and also was a Past Matron, member of Demolay Commandry # 9 Knights Templar Ladies Club, Tiffin, member of Sycamore American Legion Auxillary # 250.                                                                                                              

For hobbies, Sylvia loved to do Find A Word Crossword Puzzles and loved to follow all of Mohawk sporting events. 

Funeral services for Sylvia will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, Ohio with the Rev. Amy Vittorio officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Warpole Chapter # 366 will conduct an Eastern Star service at 7:45 P.M., Tuesday evening at the funeral home. It is recommended you wear a mask when you come for visitation or funeral.
