Theresa A Zeigler

Theresa A. Zeigler, age 81 of 485 County Highway 35, McCutchenville, Ohio died at 8:20 A.M., Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at home. She was born on September 5, 1936 in Seneca County, Ohio to Aloysius J. and Mildred A. (Fox) Lucius. She married Keith W. Zeigler on May 23, 1959 and he died June 24, 2006.                                                                                                                                                                                           

Surviving are the following children, Donna (James) Amos, Arcadia, Ohio, Larry (Shirley) Zeigler, Clyde, Ohio, Norman Zeigler, McCutchenville, Ohio and Chris Zeigler and companion, Tammy Browning, McCutchenville, Ohio. Also surviving are eleven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, eighteen step-great-grandchildren and twelve step great-great-grandchildren. Theresa also had four brothers, Vincent (Melba) Lucius, Tiffin, Ohio, Ralph (Dorothy) Lucius, Tiffin, Ohio, Harold (Pat) Lucius, Tiffin, Ohio, Herman (Pat) Lucius, Tiffin, Ohio and six sisters, Mary Jo (Willard) Cramer, Bucyrus, Ohio, Inez Lauterbur, Tiffin, Ohio, Viola (John) Ink, Tiffin, Ohio, Leona (John) Mogle, Tiffin, Ohio, Oleta (Tom) Miller, Republic, Ohio and Marie (Denver) Priddy, Delaware, Ohio. She was preceded in death by three brothers besides her parents.    

Theresa worked at Tiffin Metal Products for thirty-five years retiring in 2002. She then worked at Sugar and Spice Restaurant in Sycamore and later at the former Ruffing Health Care Center, rural Tiffin, Ohio. She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Sycamore, Ohio and was a 1954 graduate of New Riegel High School. For hobbies Theresa loved to work outside, do crossword puzzles, liked to read, plan family get-togethers and go out to eat with family and friends. 

Funeral services for Theresa will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 10:00 A.M., at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Sycamore, Ohio with the Rev. Gary Walters officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery, McCutchenville, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 2:00-6:00 P.M. at the Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, Ohio.
